The South Coast Hits street team deliver brilliant promotional, event and street marketing activity. Your overall aim is to engage and emotionally connect with our target audience, which in turn will encourage them to tune in.

 

What you will will be doing?

• You'll be the face of the radio station, so you'll need to know what south coast hits is all about and how to represent our values to the general public.

 

• You'll be a great communicator and you'll need to know the campaigns you're working on inside out to ensure that everyone receives the best experience.

 

• Every time you reach out to the public, representing us, you'll maintain a high standard of performance and appearance within the set uniform guidelines.

  
   

• You'll be responsible for all event equipment and branding as well as the promotional vehicles when your working with us. You'll also ensure that things are left ready for the next person to use when you're finished!

 

• You'll deliver the best experience possible, to make South Coast Hits the number one choice for our target market.

 

• This isn't a Monday - Friday, 9-5 job. As a casual worker with us we will offer you hours of work when we need you, and you can pick and choose whether you would like to work these hours. There's no obligation for us to give you work and no obligation for you to take it - so it's nice and flexible!

 

• Being a great communicator is a MUST! You'll be positive, enthusiastic and passionate about Radio!

 

• A 'can do' attitude combined with your common sense approach will ensure that everything you do is safe and best for the station brand.

 

• A background in events or promotional work is desirable, with a big passion for radio!
